“1 John 2:22-23 was initially intended for Gnostic Jews. They believed that Jesus came as a ghost; that’s why these Gnostics believed He could never have been crucified. Because, according to them, Christ had no physical body:
“Hereby ye know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” [1 John 4:2-3 KJV]
At that time, Islam didn’t yet exist. Now we are bringing it into our modern times. We all know that there is something called “Christian Zionism.” We also know that its teachings are mainly focused on the current nation of Israel [and the Jewish people], not on Christ Jesus alone. Now here is the clincher: according to Christian Zionism, both Israel and the Jewish people are still chosen by God, even if they don’t believe in Christ Jesus as Lord.
Now, it is this form of criminal hypocrisy that we see in Christian Zionism: Islam can be criticized to one’s heart’s content without any problem, but when Judaism [which is satanic to the core, by the way] is condemned, all hell will break loose! Because then we will hear the word that emanates from Jerusalem, saying with a loud voice and a firm tone, “Anti-Semitism, anti-Semitism is increasing fast!” And this, my friend, is, “As offensive as it may be: facts are facts; according to the New Testament, it’s going to hurt people”: Judaism is an antichrist!
